Our Services
Holistic Nutrition
We start by looking at what you eat every single day, and identifying which nutrients you may be lacking or may naturally require in higher amounts. We then consider your health goals to help choose an appropriate dietary pattern that supports where you want your health to go.
Your individual constitution is also taken into account, allowing us to select specific foods that best support your overall health pattern, rather than applying generic dietary rules.
Lifestyle Counselling
Lifestyle counselling focuses on how to realistically incorporate supportive habits into your existing schedule. Together, we work on practical strategies for grocery shopping, meal planning, and building routines that are sustainable rather than overwhelming.
This may also include learning simple nervous system–calming techniques, finding ways to move your body that fit your energy and time, and creating exercise plans that are achievable and supportive of your health goals. The focus is on real-life changes that can be maintained long term.
Orthomolecular Science
Orthomolecular medicine is based on clinical research evaluating the effects of specific natural compounds on disease processes. It is grounded in human physiology and biochemistry, with a focus on how vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other naturally occurring molecules influence cellular function, metabolism, and biochemical pathways.
Botanical Medicine
Botanical medicine uses whole plant material, most often extracted in food-grade ethanol, to achieve specific therapeutic goals. Using the whole plant allows for a broad spectrum of naturally occurring compounds to work together, supporting multiple physiological pathways at once.
Botanical medicine has been used for millennia in the treatment of human illness and continues to be supported by modern pharmacological and clinical research. When prescribed appropriately, herbal medicine is a highly targeted intervention, selected based on the individual’s physiology, pattern of symptoms, and underlying imbalances.
